Everyone was imbued with the spirit and mission of this great organistion and the opportunity of enabling it expand its mission. While the design was a big challenge for our US based team and the prolonged debates with designers and misunderstandings were time consuming, pride was easily put aside to morale was sufficiently galvanised to quickly accept a team better able to articulate a design.
