Project Evaluation

There was no need to motivate team members to create a fantastic product for Vision Spring. Everyone was imbued with the spirit and mission of this great organistion and the opportunity of enabling it expand its mission. While the design was a big challenge for our US based team and the prolonged debates with designers and misunderstandings were time consuming, pride was easily put aside to morale was sufficiently galvanised to quickly accept a team better able to articulate a design.

Outcomes

Since going live VisionSpring has sold and additional 10 million pairs of glasses, adding to the economic impact generated by over $2B. This has made a significant difference in their mission to impact educational advancement, economic upliftment and raod safety in developing nations.
